air conditioned home is on a canal with beautiful water views. As
one can see from the pictures, the home is comfortable and
beautifully appointed and has all the amenities including
dishwasher,
washer/dryer, microwave, gas grill and 2 VCRs. The master bedroom
has a kingsize bed, a TV and a bathrom that has a tub/shower. The
second sleeping area has a day bed with trundle, bath with shower
and fast access internet available, just bring along your laptop.
There is also a TV.
The main living area has a digital TV and a queen sleep
sofa. The kitchen is a cooks delight! A covered porch with table,
chairs and chaise is another wonderful feature of this property.
What about a boat? Relax, the 35 feet of seawall with davits should
make most boaters jump with joy in this protected canal. The front
of the home has a garden of tropical plants.

Venture Out is a 5 Star Resort Condo. It is a gated community to
add to the security of the vacationers.

Our home is located off Mile Marker 23 which is 19 miles from Key
West and is very accessible to Looe Reef which is one of the best
diving spots in the Keys. We have easy access to both the Atlantic
and the Gulf's Back Country for fishing, including bonefish, permit
and tarpon. We are surrounded by great restaurants, a variety of
night life, theatre arts, museums, art galleries, boat rentals for
kayaking/canoeing or charters for your specific fishing wants.
Bahia
Honda State Park, Dolphin Research Center, National Key Deer Refuge
and Looe Key Diving Center are also near by. There are many
discoveries for you to find on your own.

Weekly rental rate is $1000 except in Lobster Season and then rate
is $1200. Minimum rental is for 3 nights @ $150 per night.

Security Deposit Required - $200 and refunded
provided no excessive cleaning or laundry needed
and no damage done. Cleaning fee $75.00
The Condo charges $5.38 for the first 2 persons per/week and $4.35
for each additional person/per day. This allows use of pool, hot
tub, tennis courts, boat ramps and many more areas of fun,
basketball courts, shuffle board, pool table, bocce courts, golf
driving net, children's play area, library, and post office.
