Vacation Rental Description

We have a gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath,1550 sq.ft. penthouse condo 
containing a round living room with 14 foot ceilings and all windows 
for fabulous views of the mountains. There are two balconies, one 
off 
the master bedroom and one shared by the third bedroom and the 
living 
room. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room and a 46" 
flat screen tv with surround sound, dvd and cd player as well.Bed 
configuration is a King in the Master bedroom, a King Split in the 
Bay Window bedroom and a Queen in the smallest bedroom. We can sleep 
6.Are unit is very spacious. All bedrooms have there own flat screen
tv. The master also has a DVD player. There is also a make-up table in
the master bedroom.(or you could use it for your wireless laptop). We
have free wireless in our unit, so bring your laptop.
 There is a separate dining area that seats up to eight and a dining 
bar for three in the kitchen area. There is also a safe for your 
valuables in our unit. Lots of dvds, games and puzzles 
too.LOCATION:Just above the Chateau Whistler on Blackcomb 
Mountain and almost right across from Kids Kamp.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our huge outdoor heated pool is on the slopes of Blackcomb, and we 
also have one of the largest hot tubs in the resort.There are picnic 
tables outside by the 
pool. There is a small fitness room with weights,etc. There are 
private lockers for 
your 
ski storage and there is bike storage as well.You are a short, 
scenic 
10 minute walk from 100's of shops,restaurants and boutiques. There 
are 5 levels of underground, free parking in our building. It is one 
of the few solid concrete buildings in the resort. (Very quiet)

Activities and Attractions

Winter: Downhill and X-Country Skiing,Snowboarding,Ice-skating, (at 
the Community Center)Heli-skiing,Ski-Dooing,swimming, etc.

Summer: golf on your choice of 5 courses,great hiking, swim in the 
lakes,fishing, in-line skating,cycling,wind-surfing,rafting on 
rapids,horseback riding,etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1-Nov.25/08: $330 CA per night  3 night minimum
Nov.26-Dec.23/08 $500 CA per night  3 night minimum
Dec.22-Dec.31/08 $1,125 CA per night  3 night minimum
Jan.1-Feb.12/09   $575 CA per night 3 night minimum
Feb.13-Mar.27/09  $620 CA per night 4 night minimum
Mar.28-Apr.-30/09 $500 CA per night 3 night minimum
May 1-Nov.21/09  $330 CA per night 3 night minimum

Please contact us for more complete information. We rent our 
penthouse out privately, not through any rental company so you save 
big bucks this way.  NOTE: Our 3 bedroom penthouse is a most 
sought after location during the ski season as it is TRUE SKI-IN,SKI-
OUT, and 80% of our bookings are filled by mid-November. The tax on
top of these rates is 5%. That is the Goods and Services Tax, BUT you
are not charged the additional tax of 10% that the hotels have to charge.
