This gorgeous sunset view is yours when you rent our spacious, completely renovated, luxurious 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo with extra-large balcony and penthouse quality view.  Imagine margaritas on the balcony at sunset and breakfast overlooking the ocean, while pelicans fly in formation overhead!  Situated on the scenic south side (Gold Coast) of Puerto Vallarta, where the Sierra Madre mountains tumble directly into the sea, your view of ocean and mountains stretches for miles.  

Located in the upscale La Jolla de Mismaloya Condominium complex, you can enjoy hotel-like amenities while having the privacy and convenience of condo living. Maid and linen service is provided 3 times per week, so that you don't have to lift a finger.  Pick up a fresh beach towel every morning at the Reception Desk as you head out to "catch some rays." The complex boasts a "short course" Olympic-size swimming pool, two large hot tubs, equipped gym, tennis court, and full-service restaurant on premises.

The beautifully landscaped pool terrace has steps down to Mismaloya beach, where you can experience the true Mexico as local palapa restaurants provide you with the grilled catch of  the day direct from the small fishing boats bobing in the water in front of you. Sharing the beach with the 5-star Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya Resort, you can rent jet-skis, go on snorkeling/diving trips, explore further down the coast by boat, or just put your toes in the Pacific. Horseback riding, more restaurants, tequila tasting and convenience food shopping is a 5-minute walk away in the village of Mismaloya. The fantastic town of Puerto Vallarta is only a 15-minute public bus (6 pesos!) ride away, with the bus stop directly in front of the condo for your convenience - no need for an expensive car rental or taxis.

You name it - it's available. You can rent jet skis on the beach, go snorkeling in Mismaloya Bay, or take a snorkeling/diving trip to Los Arcos, just around the corner. The condo has an Olympic size
pool and two hot tubs, an equipped gym, tennis court and ping-pong table on the pool terrace. Deep sea fishing is available from charterers in the bay, along with boat trips down the coast to beautiful beaches accessible only via water.  Horseback riding in the mountains is available starting in the village of Mismaloya, a 5-minute walk from the condo.  Also in the village is a Tequila distillery featuring free tastings and further along, the very interesting Puerto Vallarta Zoological Park.  Fabulous shopping, art galleries and restaurants line the cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta - only a 15-minute public bus ride away.

All rates shown above are weekly. Monthly rates are also available - please inquire.

No children under the age of 8. No smoking. No pets. Rates include all taxes and fees and full maid service three times per week with fresh towels and linens each time (please note that the first maid
service is to prepare the condo for you).  Minimum rental is one week during High Season unless shorter periods are shown on our availability calendar.

Payment: 50% upon accepted reservation; balance due 45 days before arrival date. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, bank drafts, or you can choose to pay using PayPal.  PayPal allows you to use VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  Please note that we charge a 6% fee for processing PayPal payments to cover the cost of that service.  Personal checks are not accepted. All rates are in US dollars.

Cancellation policy: 90 or more days prior to arrival, 50% refunded and the remainder credited to a future booking. 89 or less days prior to arrival, total amount paid is non-refundable unless we can
re-rent your booking, in which case 50% will be refunded and the remainder credited to a future booking. We urge all our renters to obtain cancellation insurance to protect themselves in this instance.
