Vacation Rental Description

This gorgeous sunset view is yours when you rent our spacious, newly 
and completely renovated, comfortable 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo with 
extra-large balcony and penthouse quality view.  Imagine margaritas 
on the balcony at sunset and breakfast overlooking the ocean, while 
pelicans fly in formation overhead!  Located in the upscale La Jolla 
de Mismaloya Condominium complex, you can enjoy hotel-like amenities 
while having the privacy and convenience of condo living.  Maid 
service is provided 3 times per week, including clean bedding and 
towels.  Pick up a fresh beach towel every morning at the Reception 
Desk as you head out to "catch some rays."  The complex boasts an 
Olympic-size swimming pool, two hot tubs, equipped gym, tennis 
court, and full-service restaurant on premises.  The beautifully 
landscaped pool terrace has steps down to Mismaloya beach, where 
local palapa restaurants can provide you with the grilled catch of 
the day.  Sharing the beach with the 5-star La Jolla de Mismaloya 
Resort, you can rent jet-skis, go on snorkeling/diving trips, 
explore further down the coast by boat, or just put your toes in the 
Pacific.  Horseback riding, more restaurants, tequila tasting and 
convenience food shopping is a 5-minute walk away in the village of 
Mismaloya.  The fantastic town of Puerto Vallarta is only a 15-
minute public bus (5.5 pesos!) ride away, with the bus stop directly 
in front of the condo - no need for an expensive car rental.  All 
the ingredients are here for your perfect holiday!!

Activities and Attractions

You name it - it's available.  You can rent jet skis on the beach, 
go snorkeling in Mismaloya Bay, or take a snorkeling/diving trip to 
Los Arcos, just around the corner.  The condo has an Olympic size 
pool and two hot tubs, an equipped gym, tennis court and ping-pong 
table on the pool terrace.  Deep sea fishing is available from 
charterers in the bay, along with boat trips down the coast.  
Horseback riding in the mountains is available starting in the 
village of Mismaloya, a 5-minute walk from the condo.  Fabulous 
shopping, art galleries and restaurants line the cobblestone streets 
of Puerto Vallarta - only a 15-minute public bus ride away.

Vacation Rental Rates

November 1 - March 31:  $770 - $875 US
April 1 - October 31:  $585 - $665 US
Xmas, New Year, March Break:  $945

All rates are weekly.  Monthly rates are also available - please 
inquire.

No children under the age of 8. No smoking. No pets. Rates include 
all taxes and fees and full maid service three times per week with 
fresh towels and linens each time (please note that third maid 
service is to prepare the condo for the next renters). Minimum 
rental is one week.

Payment: 50% upon accepted reservation; balance due 45 days before 
date. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers, or 
you can choose to pay using your VISA credit card. Personal checks 
are not accepted. All rates are in US dollars.

Cancellation policy:  90 or more days prior to arrival, 50% refunded 
and the remainder credited to a future booking. 89 or less days 
prior to arrival, total amount paid is non-refundable unless we can 
re-rent your booking, in which case 50% will be refunded and the 
remainder credited to a future booking. We urge all our renters to 
obtain cancellation insurance to protect themselves in this instance.
