Residence provides numerous areas for reading and relaxation and is
located just steps from Balboa Park. Constructed in 1926 this unique
and thoughtfully renovated property was featured in
Save Our Heritage Organization (SOHO's) 2007 Tour of Historic Homes
and Gardens. While centrally located near Hillcrest and Downtown, this
large resort-like property provides an Oasis of tranquility in the
midst of
the City.

 also provides private laundry, central forced air heat, and
private uncovered on site parking. This is a non smoking property and
sorry, no pets. Maid service can be provided bi monthly for extra charge.
