Ranked Sugarloaf Golf Course, rated as one of the top public courses 
in New England by Golf Magazine. This Timberline townhouse offers 
Ski-in Ski-out convenience located directly on West Mountain with 
views of the Bigelow Mountain Range and Crocker Cirque. It has 3 
bedrooms 2 baths with amenities such as,gas fire place,luxury eat-in 
kitchen with granite counter-top. There is ample seating for your 
entire family. On-mountain amenities include a public access gym 
with indoor heated pool & spa and nearby at the Sugarloaf/USA 
Outdoor Center are snow shoeing, cross county skiing & snowmobiling. 
There are several stores for shopping and groceries plus bars and 
restaurants located directly in the Mountain Village. The Summer and 
Fall also offer great opportunities to hike, mountain bike,kayak, 
golf and view beautiful foliage on Sugarloaf and nearby at the 
35,000 acre Bigelow Preserve with adjacent Appalachian Trail and 
scenic Flagstaff Lake. Sugarloaf ski area is open from November to 
mid-May for skiing and the golf course is open May through October.
