Welcome to SunTiki Cottages! The SunTiki complex consists of four cottages: SandCastle,Sunset,Tiki and Castaway. NEWS FLASH: Pool and spa are open!!

Our cottages range in size from our largest SandCastle at 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths to Sunset and Tiki at 2 bedrooms/one bath and Castaway is a one bedroom/one bath studio efficiency. Our Private beach cottages are located in the four cottage SunTiki complex inside the 5th Avenue Beach Access. No busy streets to cross or slow or packed elevators to wait for, just walk down the short beach access and you are On The Beach!
The cottage's have beautiful Mexican Saltillo tiles thru-out the
main area's.SandCastle has old heart of pine floors.  Our rental weeks run SAT to SAT year round unless it is 30 days or less to arrival..

The Master bedroom features new triple sheeted King size SleepNumber beds by Select Comfort in both Sunset and Tiki Cottages. SandCastle has two King bedrooms,one full, and one (2) twins bedroom. Castaway has one King bed, and one queen pullout.

The guest bedrooms in both Sunset and Tiki cottages feature two twin beds.

The living room in both Sunset and Tiki cottages features a Queen pullout sleeper sofa.
There is a large open living room/dining room with luxurious leather
seating and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bathrooms have tub/shower combinations and all our cottages have wall mounted hair dryer's and in-unit washer/dryers. 

At Sunset Master bedroom, a new LCD wall mount flat screen ,  and a bath mini makeover has just been completed! Just walk out your back door to our new shared pool and spa.

At Tiki a LCD flat screen !! SandCastle has 5 flat screen TV's.

The kitchens have a dishwasher/disposal,full size stove,microwave
oven, refrigerator and full size washer/dryer,coffee maker,blender
and toaster.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a color cable TV. All SunTiki King beds are now Triple sheeted, just like in highend hotel chains such as Hyatt and Marriott Suites. Sunset and Tiki cottages now boast King size SleepNumber beds by Select Comfort so you can simply dial your way to a great nights sleep..zzzzzzzz

WIRELESS N HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS(your laptop)also included.
In the Entertainment center there is also a TV with DVD player,and a
CD/AM/FM stereo, and at Sunset and Tiki a Nintendo 64 gaming system. All
kitchen utensils have been provided as well as quality linens and
towels in the bath and guest rooms. NEW THIS MONTH: Triple sheeted King
beds in all SunTiki Cottages.
Outdoor showers with tropical body cleansers. Private backyard with gas grill.
Fresh Spa sea kelp soap and shampoo &conditioner &bath gel as well as
dishwasher detergent and clothes detergent are provided.

We are centrally located on the beach, Crabby Bills,P.J.'s Oyster
bar,The Pub, J.D.'s,BrewMasters,and los Mexicano's, I.R.B. Sushi and a CVS are all within easy walking distance. Guppy's on the Beach,Salt Rock Grill and others are just a short drive.
A short drive either north or south on Gulf Boulevard will provide you with whatever entertainment you desire, from fishing to niteclubs,gambling cruises, minature golf, parasailing,charters,you name it. Castaway and SandCastle cottages now available.
