Charming A-Frame Manuel Antonio Condo Bungalow in tranquil garden
setting. The screened upstairs bedroom loft provides a tropical
breeze while letting you experience the sights and sounds of the
rain forest.

The main floor has a modern kitchen, folding table with seating for
four and futon. The bathroom includes an easy access walk-in shower.
Ceiling fans on both levels cool the upstairs as well as the main
floor.

The main floor and outside patio have ceramic tiles
while the upstairs floor is done in beautifully rich tropical
hardwoods. Off the bedroom is a balcony with hammock.
A spiral staircase leads you to the upstairs.
The patio offers an L-shaped
bench with seating for four and a table.

My Manuel Antonio Condo is situated on two and one-half
acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Abundant tropical flowers,
mango, coconut and banana trees attract butterflies, birds and the
rare Monotiti (squirrel monkey). After a day at the beach, relax by
the beautiful refreshing swimming pool and enjoy the natural wonders
all around you.

Our condo in Manuel Antonio is located in a secluded area away from
the main road leading to Manuel Antonio, just three miles from
the famous beaches and National Park, and one mile from the town of
Quepos.

In 1989, The New York Sunday Times voted "Manuel Antonio Beach One of
the Five Best Beaches in the world".

If you are looking for a holiday to unwind there is probably no
better place in the Manuel Antonio, Quepos area. Many of our guests

No smoking, No pets, No subletting, No wild partying.

Maid service: once or twice a week is extra.
An adult at the swimming pool must supervise their children under
the age of 14 years.

My Manuel Antonio Condo is only 3 miles from Manuel Antonio Beach
and National Park!
World renowned beach. Very calm for swimming without fear of
waves. Nature Tours in the Park include Bird watching, Monkeys and
other creatures of the Rainforest.
The Beautiful Public sandy beach stretches for 1/2 mile and is beside
the National Park.
Quepos:
My Manuel Antonio Condo is situated 1 mile from the town of Quepos
where you can find:
