famous St Armand's circle which is known for its fine dining, upscale
shopping, and exciting night life or go to downtown Sarasota to
enjoy live theater, ballet, or one of the numerous art galleries.

Centrally located, mid Longboat Key, within walking distance of
shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. Complete with a wonderful
heated pool that overlooks the beach.

Amenities include a large covered deck overlooking the beach, phone,
cable TV, VCR, community washer & dryer, central heat & A/C, ceiling
fans, hide-a-bed sofa in the living room, community room with tables
for gathering and games, library room, onsite management team.

Golf, fishing, boating, water skiing, fine or casual dining,
shopping, shelling, wildlife viewing, hiking, bicycling, snorkeling,
relaxing, swimming, sunbathing, tennis, scuba diving, watching the
sunset, or doing absolutely nothing!

Summer rate May through October is $165 per day, $1,155 per week
with one week minimum.

November through January is $200 per day, $1,400 per week with one
week minimum.

February through April is $220 per day, $1,540 per week with one
week minimum.

August through November.

All stays are subject to FL state tax of 11%.
