Great Villa - Firework View,Pool/Spa,Internet,Game room in Disney Area

This is a lovely 6 bedroom 3 bath home. The beds sleep good. It was convenient to entertainment places. Fireworks from Disney were visible from the upstairs balcony but just barely. The 2 master bedrooms are both upstairs. Drawbacks are that you must wash, dry and fold towels before leaving. In a house that sleeps 14 that takes a while. You are expected to leave the key in the lock box outside. Management used that key while we were out and came in and put towels in the washer--not towels from this house though. That made us a little uncomfortable to have unknown individuals coming in while we were gone. When we came in at night it was very difficult to open the lock box and get the key because the porch light was burned out. Carry a flashlight. You must also furnish your own toilet paper and plastic trash bags. (They leave enough for one day.) The information notebook is not current with the information given by the owner, such as trash pickup is one day a week and the notebook says to put the trash out 2 days a week. Even though the rules say to clean the grill it was nasty upon our arrival and the trash was overflowing. We asked for a high chair but there was not one.

great vacation house for large group

stayed in this house with 12 other friends. rooms are great, a large enough bed in each room for 2 to sleep comfortably. everything is provided in the house- plates, cooking utensils, towels, cups etc. only thing you need to bring is dishwashing soap if u think u may use alot of dishes, gas if u plan to use the bbq. pool was heated and nice and warm when we arrived. owners answer emails very quicky and are easy to work with. will def be staying here again when we return to orlando.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
