Vacation Rental Description

2 Bedroom, 1 bath, Berber carpeting throughout, fully equipped Kitchen,
Dishwasher, fully furnished with 3 color tv's with DVD & VHS, Basic Cable,
Sofa Bed in Living Room, Queen size bed in Master bedroom, full size Day
Bed in 2nd bedroom, Sleeps 6, Central AC & Heat Included, carport,
2 car driveway, Automatic Sprinkler system, Lawn care included, Attached
shed with washer & dryer, Attached large screened lania and gas BBQ grill.

The home includes a Yamaha gas golf cart.

Just pack your clothing, that's all you'll need.

Smoking in the house is prohibited, but smoking in the attached 
screened lanai and in the sheltered carport is allowed.

The Villages is a 55 and older adult community. Children and grandchildren may visit for short 
periods of time.

Town Square Gazebo. There's free live entertainment on both Town Squares every 
night! The Town Square is perfect for people who like to stroll down 
shaded sidewalks and step into a neighborhood eatery to enjoy a 
snack while, watching the passing parade outside.

January - March         $2600.00 per month
April                   $1600.00 per month
May - September         $1000.00 per month
October                 $1400.00 per month
November - December     $1600.00 per month 
$300.00 Security Deposit (not included above) due on booking. Security deposit returned in full if 
no damage.
Remaining rent due 30 days prior to arrival.

Rent includes all amenities, utilities, cable TV,
trash collection, lawn service and local phone service
(Long distance calls are not included).
