Beach cottage, right on the beach! You walk through sand to get to the
cottage. Children love it, and parent's too. Large deck, charcoal grill, giant
house size rocks line the water's edge giving children hours and hours
of endless fun. Watch your kids run off their energy from the shade of the porch while sipping a cold one.

additional parking may be available on a "space available" basis. Cottage
has charcoal grill and outside shower.

Swim in the water, lie in the sun. Fish off the rocks for blues,
striped bass caught regularly right off the beach. 1 hour drive North into Boston if you want to play tourist. 45-55 minutes drive South to Plymouth Plantation and the Cape
Cod Canal.
