Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy a romantic getaway to Mexico! Lounging by a warm fire in your brick fireplace, or just 
listening to the music of the Pacific waves, crashing on the white sand beach just below this 
beautiful, tradition Mexican Casa. The Casa is fully furnished for all your comfort and needs. There 
is a queen size bed with upgraded linens in the spacious bedroom, a comfortable sofabed for children 
or additional guests in the living room. A romantic, beautiful ocean view from the living room and 
on the front patio. There is a complete kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker 
and full set of dishes, flatware, pots & pans, etc., is available to make your stay as comfortable 
as possible. 
There is a large TV with DVD and full access satellite that provides everything from HBO & Cinemax 
to a wide range of music for your enjoyment. All this at very affordable rates for 2 people, plus 
$10 per person for up to 2 additional people. Pets, of course, are welcome with prior OK from Casa 
owners.

Fully stocked kitchen with full sized refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven. Coffee maker, 
toaster, blender 
dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.
Fireplace, sofa, recliner chair, TV with DVD. Satellite TV and Radio with HBO, Cinamax, etc. Regular 
programming 
from NYC to LA and San Diego.
Large tiled bathroom with extra-large shower.
Outdoor bathroom with shower for your use after the beach.
Ocean view from the living room. Hear breaking waves throughout casa.
Comfortable patio with flower garden. 
Pets welcome with owner consent.

Activities and Attractions

We are driving close to Rosarito for wonderful shopping, outstanding restaurants and Fox Studios, 
or, walking 
distance along the beach.  Explore tidepools at low tide, just leasurely stroll the beach or walk to 
the world 
famous Puerto Nuevo Lobster village and their many restaurants and shops to satisfy your hunger. 
Also, it’s an 
easy drive down the coast to Ensenada or to the famous Guadalupe Valley wineries. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Casa is available for nightly, weekly or monthly rentals, based on availability. There is a 2 night 
minimum for daily rental and 3 night minimum for holidays.
Daily rentals:   $89.00 per night winter rate
                        $100.00 per night summer rates
                        $110.00 per night holiday rates
Weekly rates:  $350.00 weekly winter rates
                        $450.00 weekly summer rates
Monthly rates: from $550.00 to $695.00
