The Crescent Moon in Crescent Beach

The Crescent Moon, east of A-1A, is a charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage unit, just right for a family, couple or couples (up to four people) who love quiet and privacy, beach soothing mornings and great evenings to love, walk, dance, relax, or party. This is real beach livin', not a condo scene, nestled in a really cool little neighborhood. The cottage has linoleum floors, a small bar-like kitchen, and a living area with eclectic furnishings
including a Victorian fainting couch in the bedroom!
There is also a very comfortable pull out sofa if needed. The carpeted bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private covered/fenced courtyard with patio furniture and gas grill. The bathroom has a large shower. The front porch is a covered sitting area with privacy and nice landscaping. There is a covered single carport. Nearby boat ramp
entering the intercoastal.

Central air conditioning and heating, cable tv, 27 inch SDTV tv, dvd player, wireless high speed internet, linens provided, laundry room, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, super blender (The Magic Bullet), refrigerator, electric stove, kitchen utensils, full kitchen, gas bbq grill, covered parking.  Owner accepts PayPal, checks, bank drafts or money orders.  

THE BEACH: ten miles long; wide, fabulous soft as silk white sand , walk or drive car on beach, 1 minute walk and no road to cross. It is east side A1A. Drive on the beach (entrance from "The Crescent Moon is 1/2 block away) and you DO NOT cross any roads to get there.Lifeguards in summer, great surfing, swimming, fishing, boating, windsurfing, kite flying, snorkeling, etc.; Historical St. Augustine 10 minutes; St. Augustine Alligator farm 10 minutes; St. Augustine Beach fishing pier five minutes; unbelievable antique, modern and whimsical shopping. Marineland theme park 10 minutes; restaurants; night life; shopping; museums; movie theatres, and more. If you want to go ahead and take in Disney World, that is a few hours drive away and return to the sweet quiet of the the
beach life at "The Crescent Moon". Environmentally protected beach front with quiet dark nights. 

 3 night minimum. RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

March 1st thru Sept 6, 2011:  $800 per week , $125  night (3 night minimum)

Monthly rate March 1st - Sept 6, 2011 is $2400 (that's one week FREE)

After Labor Day thru February 28th, 2011: $700 per week, $125 per night (3 night minimum)

Monthly rentals available after Labor Day, 2011 thru February 28th, $2100 

All check ins are after 3PM first day, depart by 11AM last day. Every arrangement will be made to accomodate your arrival and departure times if possible.

Weekly rental means 7 nights. 10% savings if you book 2 months or more in advance.
