Available year round with membership of Stoneybrook Golf & Country  
Club. During the May to October period, stay at Stoneybrook Golf &  
Country Club and play at over 60 local courses at reciprocal rates ! 
 
Situated close to world class beaches, shops and restaurants, yet  
tucked away in this upscale Palmer Ranch community.  We invite you  
to  
enjoy all of your Florida vacations in our condo. 
 
The condo is fully turn-key furnished for your convenience.  The  
kitchen has a small breakfast nook with a table for four. The fully  
equipped kitchen includes full set of cookware, coffee maker,  
electric tea kettle, hand blender, toaster, bread maker, microwave,  
fully set of dishes, glassware and silverware.  
 
The dining area contains a full size table with seating for six.   
The  
living area includes comfortable sofa that opens to queen size  
sleeper. Sliding glass doors lead to the screened in lanai which has  
a table with seating for four.   The guest bedroom has two twin size  
beds and a desk.    A full size washer and dryer are located in the  
guest bath.
