Orchid Villa offers spacious living and privacy for large groups with a maximum capacity of 16: Up to 12 Adults and 4 children (12 and under). The luxury Main house, Cabana and Guest house have a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The property has 2 pools ( 1 heated), hot tub, dock with water and electric, and private boat ramp. The Main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, a large gourmet kitchen, huge two story family room, and screened porch with 360 degree views. The cabana is studio style with a bed, full bath and small kitchenette. The guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, full kitchen, family room and pool table. Other amenities include kayaks, TVs (1-50" plasma)with satellite service, DVD players, stereo CD player, free Continental US long distance, High Speed Internet, central A/C, 2 sets of washers and dryers and gas grill.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday except last minute, slower season or for longer term rentals. Last minute rentals will be given a discount.  Partial rental of the property available as listed below. Main House(3 King Suites) or Main House & Pool Cabana(4 Bedrooms total- 3 King suite plus 1 Queen Suite) or Main House and Guest House(5 Bedrooms total) or Just the Guest house (2 bedrooms).  Rates for private use of the property.  If you are willing to share ask for a discount.  Main hosue also has daybed with trundle in one of the King Suites and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.  Guest house also has a Queen Sleeper SOfa in the living room.

Thanksgiving -  $9200 for whole property, all 6 bedrooms

11/25 - 12/18   $4200(6 people) - $5000(8 people) for main house 3 King Suites.  Each additional bedroom for a week is $825

Holidays - Dec 19 - Jan 5 -  $11500/wk

2013

1/5 - 2/15    Starting at $5800/week for 4 bedrooms- Each additional bedroom $1000 per week

2/16- 3/23      $8200 for all 6 bedrooms

3/23 - 4/6     Week before and after Easter -  $9400 - All 6 bedrooms

4/6 -  4/20   Starting at $5500/week for 4 bedrooms plus $1000 each additional bedroom

4/20 - 5/22     Starting at $4800/week for 3 bedrooms(Main house- up to 8 people) - Each additional bedroom $800 per week

5/22 - 8/3   $8600 All six bedrooms except Mini Lobster week 7/20 - 727 $96000

8/17 - 9/7 Starting at $5500/week for 4 bedrooms plus $1000 each additional bedroom

All rates are subject to 12.5% Florida Sales tax and a Cleaning Fee of $425

Ask about last minute rentals, smaller group rates and discounts for multiple weeks.

Last minute we will rent the guest house (2 bedrooms, full kitchen) without renting the main house. $2100 plus 12.5% tax and $175 cleaning.
