"The Dunes" Beachfront House or Beach Guest Studio in La Ventana

Gorgeous Beachfront Villa right on the sand/ocean. La Ventana is
located just 35 minutes South of La Paz or 2  hours North of Cabo in Baja Calif Sur Mexico. This is a quick 2 hour non-stop flight from Los Angeles.
The views are breathtaking! The entire beachside of the house is
glass allowing for panoramic views from almost all rooms. The house can be rented as a three bedroom, two bath or with the attached guest house for a
total of four bedrooms and three baths with two kitchens. I have 4
other properties near by ranging from $675/wk-$4400/wk. The
beachfront studio can be rented separately.
This area is well known for world class fishing, windsurfing,
kiting, surfing, and diving. The entire house is surrounded with
patios both on the beachside and the mountain side. All sports can
be arranged for you as well as a cook and house maid.
The pictures do not do this house justice. Because the entire beach
side of house is glass it has the best views of any home in La
Ventana.  The house is located on a privately fenced 3/4 acre beachfront lot.  It is right on the Water/sand not on the cliffs.

Everything is provided for you just bring your suntan lotion and
your all set!

La Ventana/El Sargento is world renowned for its Kiting,
windsurfing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking and plain
old relaxing. A boat with
captain can pick you up right in front of the house for a day of
fishing or diving. Cost is minimal approximately $150 per day. On
non windy days hike in a desert oasis to the waterfalls, its breath
taking.

Rates for the main house "The Dunes" range between $1800-$3800 per
week. The higher amount usually includes the casita. Holiday rates
run from $3800-$4000per week. The Dunes Casita can be rented
separately, rates range from $700-$1050 per week. The casita has
king bed, bath and kitchen and of course amazing Ocean views!
