furniture. Well equipped kitchen for the discerning gourmet. Master
bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 further bedrooms, with twin beds.
and seperate bathroom. Large laundry & mudroom for storing sports
equipment.

courts 200 yds away, all this less than 2 miles from
Fairmont Hot Springs with it's mineral hot pools & golf courses.
The property has a garden & wrap around deck and with a new 8 person
hot tub. There is a spacious games room with a 4' x 8' pool table &
a fussball table, and a variety of board games. This room also has a
queen size sofa bed & dart board.
Fireplace, phone, cable TV (32" large screen), VCR/DVD player,
stereo, CD player. Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator,cooking utensils & linens provided. Washer/Dryer. BBQ.
