Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to La Conchita!  This luxurious, beautiful new home is part 
of a brand new beach community, which is still under construction. 
The home, aka The Little Shell, features comfortable furnishings and 
a fun color scheme, which give it a flair all of its own! The entry 
level has an open floor plan consisting of a kitchen, living room, 
and dining area. Cook a meal everyone will enjoy in the fully 
stocked kitchen, sip a cup of coffee by the cozy gas fireplace, or 
just relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Make the home 
your own by bringing your iPod to slip into the iHome unit in the 
kitchen. Sharing this first level are two tasteful bedrooms, 1-1/2 
baths, and a mudroom.  The first bedroom has a bunk bed with one 
twin and one double bed.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed.  
The mudroom is equipped with a washer/dryer and half bath and 
provides a great place to towel off after a fun day at the beach or 
in the hot tub. High speed wireless internet service is included, as 
well as unlimited free long distance calling, so you can always stay 
in touch.

Upstairs, enjoy the master suite, complete with a comfy king size 
bed and sitting/reading area. Making the master bath even cozier is 
a European style towel warmer. Turn it on in the morning to enjoy a 
warm towel after a long bath or shower. Plush mattresses, Hotel 
Collection sheets and towels, and upgraded appliances are included 
to help make your stay truly luxurious. Whether you are relaxing in 
the hot tub or visiting with family or friends, La Conchita is sure

Activities and Attractions

La Conchita is located in Olivia Beach, a new coastal neighborhood 
with a park, playground, volleyball court, and beach access within 
walking distance.  Feeling hungry?  Just a short walk away are 
restaurants, a coffee shop, a candy shop (complete with ice cream!), 
live theatre and a movie cinema.  Just offshore is the Nelscott 
Reef, a famous reef break, perfect for catching 30ft waves (storm 
season waves)!  Tide pools are also on this beach, perfect for 
exploring with the kids!  Currently being constructed is the 
community center for Olivia Beach, which will include a swimming 
pool, hot tub area, club activities and more!  Due to the community 
still being under construction, there is some noise.  While in the 
home, however, this is not as noticeable.  Please feel free to call

Vacation Rental Rates

Stay 3 nights for the price of 2!  Special not valid holidays.
La Conchita has a 2 night rental minimum
May 19 through September 21st- $250/night
Sept 22 through May 18th- $150/night
Holidays require a 3 night stay, at a rate of $250 per night
Prices do not include cleaning fee ($85) or the taxes and 
accomodations fee of 12%
