traveler reviews for this st pete beach apartment rental

Good for the money, pretty clean.

The house was very beautiful, and the apartment we stayed in was really cute. Something that I noticed right away was some poop on the bedspread. I was not sure if it was mouse poop or what, but we cleaned it off and didn't have a problem with that the rest of the time. There was also a cockroach in the kitchen, but we had kept it very clean in there. Besides those two problems, it was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was updated and clean, and my favorite parts were that we were only steps from the beautiful beach and the patio with the lights in back!! I would consider staying again, but I hope that the cockroach situation gets taken care of :)

This was truly a fantastic stay! The furnishings were exactly as stated in the website and the place was just adorable! Quaint and cute with everything you could imagine provided for us-from the adorable private deck with tropical plants and rope lights to the patio grill (gas) on which we grilled out delicious shish-ka-bobs from Shaners Market (just one block away). In fact, everything you need is within a block-especially the beautiful white Gulf beach. Leslie thinks of everything you need to make your stay enjoyable-including a washer and dryer, blender (all the kitchen accessories) and even little things that mean a lot like a hair dryer, bug spray, and sun lotion. Apt. 101 was very clean and well cared for. There were even beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who likes to be off the beaten path but close to everything. You virtually need to just show up and you will have all you need at a very comfortable spot to rest and relax.

Breakfast on a tropical patio warmed by the sun after a morning walk on the beach. A quick clean up and a short walk (really just about a block) to powder white sand, blue water, shells, and a view of the Don Cesar hotel! Restarants within walking distance offering amazing seafood, cold margaritas, and great atmosphere. Sunsets and sunrises that rival most professional photograhs. We love our spring break home away from home. The quirky spiral staircase, fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, and free internet! We have already booked our fourth year in a row - and plan to continue to make this a family tradition!
