The home is located in the community of Las Sendas, Arizona. Twenty minutes from the Phoenix 
airport. The nearest major cross streets are power road and the 202 highway. The mountian views and 
outdoor feeling

unsurpassed. The home features all the modern comforts of luxury living. The house is a one story, 
sprawling 
home with 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The home is wheel chair user 
friendy. The floor plan is very spacious. The garage area is spacious enough 
for four 
cars, with room for storage. The pool, fire pit, jacuzzi and BBQ area affords a relaxing and 
incredible experience. 
The home is nestled into the desert landscape overlooking Red Mountian and the city lights of 
Phoenix, Arizona 
in the distance. A championship golf course meanders through the area along with walking trails and 
other 
outdoor expectations in a desert enviroment. The home offers true luxurious privacy in a high end 
community with the look and feel of a residential oasis in the desert. 
Why stay in a crowded hotel room and pay over $100.00 a night when you and your party can enjoy 
luxury living and privacy while staying at this grand house for less money then the accomadations 
and atmosphere of a condo or standard guest house.
The experience of the stay is truly rewarding.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is furnished complete with all the living comforts you would expect in a luxury home of 
this style. All 
appliances, a wine cooler, ice makers, dishwashers and other standard items 
are 
quality stainless steel for 
a great look 
and function. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking inside or outside on the BBQ. 
Standard utilities 
along with wireless internet services are available. Big screen HD televisions are plentiful 
throughout the home. 
Absolutely no smoking and no pets. Basically, the home is ready to enjoy and enhance your experience 
within a 
great community while staying in Arizona.  Swimming, relaxing and sun bathing pool side is a must 
while 
enjoying your stay at the house. All beddings, pillows, pillow cases, and other expected items are 
there for your 
convenience and enjoyment. Sleeping arrangments include a master bedroom with a spacious king bed.
Three other luxury guest rooms complete with queen size beds. One more large guest room with two 
single beds and two pullout futon style beds.
There are four bathrooms in the main house. The living area and kitchen space is enormous.
The formal dinning room comes complete with table and accessories. The bar space is more then 
adequate for entertaining enjoyment. A nice fire pit overlooking the pool and night sky is situated 
outside along with luxury furniture and an outdoor heater. The home is furnished complete with a 
high end washer and dryer located in the laundry room as well as a large sitting desk to enjoy while 
surfing the web. 

Activities and Attractions

Indoor and outdoor activities are abundant around Las Sendas. Hiking, walking trails, biking, golf, 
site seeing, 
tennis, horse back riding and much more are all within a short distance from your stay. Spectactular 
views of the 
Red Mountians can also be enoyed from the front patio if relaxing is what you are seeking. Several 
championship golf courses are all within a short drive time. Spring training camp for several major 
league teams 
occurs every March in Arizona. High mountian lakes are located around Las Sendas where people meet 
and 
enjoy waterskiing, fishing and boating. The Las Sendas community also features a lovely club house.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,500.00 - 3,500.00 Per Week, One Week Minimum Stay.
$400.00 Additional Per Day, After One Week Minimum Stay.
$8,000.00 - $10,000.00 Per Month.

Rental Rates Vary Slightly Per Months Depending On The Season.
July, August September Are Considered Off Season.
Oct - March Are Prime Month.
Minimum Stay Is One Week. Utility usage over $250.00 Per Week Will Be Added Onto Weekly Rate.
There Is A $250.00 Non Refundable Cleaning Fee And A Refundable Deposit Required For Damages / 
Utility Overages (If Any).

A Deposit Must Be Recieved (10) Days Prior To Stay In Order To Secure Reservation.
The Rental Amount Due Must Be Recieved (5) Days Prior To Reserved Stay. Failure To Do So May Result 
In Forfiet Of The Security Deposit.
