The house is furnished complete with all the living comforts you would expect in a luxury home of
this style. All
appliances, a wine cooler, ice makers, dishwashers and other standard items
are
quality stainless steel for
a great look
and function. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking inside or outside on the BBQ.
Standard utilities
along with wireless internet services are available. Big screen HD televisions are plentiful
throughout the home.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets. Basically, the home is ready to enjoy and enhance your experience
within a
great community while staying in Arizona. Swimming, relaxing and sun bathing pool side is a must
while
enjoying your stay at the house. All beddings, pillows, pillow cases, and other expected items are
there for your
convenience and enjoyment. Sleeping arrangments include a master bedroom with a spacious king bed.
Three other luxury guest rooms complete with queen size beds. One more large guest room with two
single beds and two pullout futon style beds.
There are four bathrooms in the main house. The living area and kitchen space is enormous.
The formal dinning room comes complete with table and accessories. The bar space is more then
adequate for entertaining enjoyment. A nice fire pit overlooking the pool and night sky is situated
outside along with luxury furniture and an outdoor heater. The home is furnished complete with a
high end washer and dryer located in the laundry room as well as a large sitting desk to enjoy while
surfing the web.

Minimum Stay Is One Week. Utility usage over $250.00 Will Be Added Onto Weekly Rate.
