Fantastic Mountain View-Perfect for Large Groups-Pets OK in Franklin

Relax with your morning coffee or a glass of wine before dinner
while enjoying the phenomenal view from the multi-tiered decks of
this beautiful mountain retreat. There is plenty of room for family
and friends to join you. This 3000 square foot house features both
open and covered decks for outdoor fun. There are picnic tables,
porch rockers and a gas grill. Located in a mountainside, gated
community complete with picnic areas, streams, a waterfall and a duck
pond. The setting is very
private with a concrete drive for easy access.

The large living/dining room has vaulted ceilings, cedar
paneling and a stone fireplace and yet has a warm cozy feel. The
kitchen has everything you need to prepare sandwiches or gourmet
meals. Bedrooms include a large king-size master suite, with a
private bath and doors that open onto the upper deck. There are two
queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a second bathroom
upstairs and a large one downstairs with a full washer and dryer. A
queen sleeper sofa and a day bed provide additional sleeping
accommodations downstairs.

Two wood-burning fireplaces, phone, central heat & A/C, Satellite
TVs, DVD player, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker. All cooking
utensils and
linens provided. Washer, dryer and a gas grill. Small pets
permitted.

Hiking, biking, golf, amusement parks, fishing, wildlife viewing,
scenic drives, horseback riding, shopping (especially for antiques),
restaurants, white-water rafting, gem mining and many other
activities. Located 2 hours north of Atlanta and 45 minutes
southwest of Asheville near Maggie Valley, Dillsboro and Cherokee.

$150/night - based on three night minimum. $875/week or $2,380
month. $200security deposit, refundable. $85 cleaning fee for stays
less than 7 days. $200 deposit to hold a date. All fees must be
paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival. 30 day cancellation notice
