Welcome to Sunset Villa. Thank you for taking the time to view and  
enquiry about our fantastic Florida Orlando holiday vacation home.  
 
We own this house and several others and we now have over 7 years experience with our  
Davenport Vacation Rental Villas that are by Disney 
 
'Sunset Villa' is the complete ultimate in Executive accommodation.  
If this is your first time or you are a regular visitor to Disney  
Florida, come and have vacation of a lifetime in our magnificent  
villa. 
 
This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 full master suites)  
villa is located on Hampton Lakes, a very prestigious private  
development only 10 minutes from Disney. 
 
It is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends  
who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions  
that Davenport, Disney, Orlando and Florida have to offer. 
 
The villa is situated on a large south west corner plot some 17,000  
sq ft in size. The house is very spacious with 3,300 sq ft of living  
space. It is directly facing a childrens playground with a climb  
set. We have just had all the back garden/yard fenced in so the  
pool area is completely private and you now have a fantastic large  
garden  
 
The villa is very impressive as it stands on its own and has a long  
95ft driveway to the front of the house. 
 
The villa has been furnished to an exceptional high standard. There  
are two large master suites on the ground floor and upstairs you  
will find a further four large spacious bedrooms. 
 
The bedroom layout is as follows. 
 
Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed - Mastersuite. 
Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bed - Mastersuite. 
Bedroom 3 - Queensize bed - Mastersuite. 
Bedroom 4 - Double bed. 
Bedroom 5 - Family bedroom, double and a twin bed, sleeps 3. 
Bedroom 6 - Disney bedroom, triple bunks and a twin bed, sleeps 4. 
 
Every bedroom has a TV and a telephone. All bathrooms have  
hairdryers. 
 
We have just added for your comfort, wireless highspeed broadband so  
you can always keep in touch with home or work. 
 
There is a fantastic fully air-conditioned gamesroom that has in it  
a full size pool table, table soccer (foosball),  
TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2, CD player and two large sofas. 
 
The pool area is the biggest on the development and is truly  
magnificent. Now complete private, the large pool faces south-west  
so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year. There is a 30ft heated  
pool and a separate six person Spa/Hot tub. 
 
The decking is 55ft wide, so no matter how many guests are at the  
house there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida  
sunshine. On the decking there are ten sunloungers, a poolside  
barbecue and floodlights so you can enjoy the evenings outside. 
 
There is a large private back garden which is fenced in for privacy  
and there will be very soon a children's climb and set set. There is  
a Basketball net in the garden and we provide all the equipment. 
 
Inside the villa there is dining room, with two high chairs, Kitchen  
and a Living/Family room with a 52" large screen colour TV, DVD  
player, CD player and VCR. There are two leather sofas with  
recliners and a separate leather rocker chair. 
 
There are Cribs/Cots for you to use should you need them. 
 
We have tried to make 'Sunset Villa' that perfect vacation  
destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to
