Condo is on first floor of newest addition to the Solitude mountain
village, great mountain views, Ski in/Ski out (ok, almost, 300 feet
walk because the village keeps the walkways clear....). Master
Bedroom
with King size bed and private full bath. Second bedroom with 2
single
beds, living room with Queen sleeper sofa. Second full bathroom.
Fully
equiped kitchen. Brand new furniture, you will feel like you came
home!
We love skiing, and fell in love with the great snow, powder and no

We enjoy the winter, but LOVE the summer and fall, hiking, biking,
swimming, golf, and hours away from beautifull scenery like Bryce and
Zion Canyons.

TV's with full cable in both bedrooms, CD players, stereo, DVD and
VCR's.

Extra linens and blanket provided for Queen sleeper sofa.

Skiing in Solitude, Brighton (5 minutes) Alta/Snowbird (45
minutes) Park City/Deer Valley/The Canyons (1 hour 15 minutes), Snow
Basin/Powder Mountain (2 hours)

Cross Country/Nordic skiing in Solitude, Snow shoeing, Snow mobiling,
Sledding, evening exploration (e.g. YURT 5 course dining experience
by
snow shoes or xcountry)

Summer/Fall:
Great Hiking, Biking, Disc Golf (=Frisbee course on mountain,
awesome), Rock Climbing, Swimming, Golf, Hang Gliding,
White water rafting, multi day trips to Zions and Bryce Canyon (move
over Grand Canyon, wow), or just sit on your balconies, relax and
fall
in love with nature. Park City, shopping, live theatre, dining,
bars/clubs, only 25 minutes over the mountain pass (closed in
Winter.)

Salt Lake City is a destination on its own, Big Salt Lake, Temple
Square, Copper mine exploration etc etc. A vacation of a lifetine!

Prices exclude 11.6% tax; $85 cleaning fee paid at check-out to Solitude.

50% 30 days prior to arrival (60 days if paying by personal check)

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation 60 days or more, full refund minus
$100.00 handling fee.
0-60 days credit will be given for future stay, minus $ 100.00
handling fee.
If unit can be rented for the cancelled period, full refund will be
given, minus $100 handling fee
