Vacation Rental Description

Our brand new luxury villa is fully equipped to give you an 
enjoyable 
holiday, with private pool & Spa. Situated on the prestigious estate 
of Orange Tree set in Orange groves, Off Highway 27, Just 8 miles 
from Disney.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen/dinner including large fridge/freezer, 
cooker, 
dishwasher, microwave , waste disposal and full range of cooking 
utensils. It also has a table with 4 chairs.

Dining Room:
Formal dining room which seats 8 people.

Living Room:
Living room is very comfortable with convertible sofa beds, Cable 
TV, 
DVD & music system. The patio doors lead out to the Lanai & swimming 
pool with Spa.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom with King size bed & Has access via French doors 
to pool deck. The en-suite include walk in shower, twin washbasins 
in 
a vanity unit, roman bath, WC & Bidet.

2nd Bedroom:
The full size bed and en-suite with bath/shower, Washbasin & WC.

3/4th Bedrooms:
Each have two single beds & 3rd bathroom situated between with 
bath/shower, washbasin & WC

Laundry:
There is a laundry room with its own separate washing machine & 
tumble dryer.

Lanai:
Patio furniture in the shade of the lanai.

Games Room:
Pool Table, Soccer Table, Darts, Airhockey & Selection of Children’s 
Games

Pool:
The swimming pool is completely screened with 4 person spa bath. The 
pool has an electric heater for those cooler winter days.

Facilities:
Wide range of facilities on the estate such as Basket, Tennis court, 
Soccer pitch & kiddies play park all just short walk from the villa. 
If you are a golfer then there are numerous Golf courses to choose 
from nearby.

Other Information:
The villa is fully air-conditioned, carpeted and has everything you 
need including all bed linen, towels, hairdryers, iron equipment etc.

The villa is cleaned between lets & checked thoroughly to ensure 
high 
standard and maintained by the management company.

April, Jul, Aug, Easter,Thanksgiving,Christmas,New Years $850/£475 
week

Pool Heat $30 daily if desired

Nightly Rates(Applies to Rental Less Than a Week)from $125 per night 
minimum 3 Nights)Plus $75 Cleaning Fee. 

Non-Refundable Deposit of $250 is due at the time of Booking.  
Balance due 4 wees before your arrival.Pool Heat $30 Daily If
