A Cozy Getaway in Big Bear Lake

The new 2006 cabin is located in Big Bear City which is approx. a 10
minute drive to the lake and ski resorts. The house has three
bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We furnished all three bedrooms
and the livingroom with televisions and cable. Each bedroom has
queen size beds and the living room has a queen size sofa/sleeper.
The home has a gas and wood burning fireplace for those cozy nights
in.

Home comes fully furnished with linens and towels located in the
laundry room. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware and
appliances. If you'd like to dine outdoors there is a barbecue and
a picnic table on the deck.

Come explore the hiking, boating, fishing, snow boarding, snow or
water skiing, shopping, fine dining and all that Big Bear has to
offer. If you just want to escape from the busy week and relax by
the fireplace than come stay at The Cozy Getaway.

Regular Rates: Nightly $150; Weekends $300; Weekly $1050
Off Peak season: Midweek nightly rates are $125 excluding Holidays.
Winter Rates:  Nightly $200: Weekend $400: Weekly $1200
Holiday Rates: Nightly $250; Weekend $500; Weekly $1500
The Deposit and Cleaning fees are not included in the rates above.
Cleaning fee is $80 and Refundable Deposit is $200.
Cancellation fee is $100 which comes out of the deposit
These prices are for 6 people, we will negotiate prices for any
additional person.
Holiday rates vary in price depending on occupancy and length of
stay.
Policies: Minimum 2 nights stay for all bookings with the exception of
the Holidays. Holidays are a minimum of 3 nights stay per booking.
PLEASE NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED
in the home due to owner's allergies. The $200 deposit is
refunded depending on departure inspection. If there is
no damage to the property you will get your full deposit approx. a
week after your stay. We charge a $85 cleaning fee that is not
included in the deposit or in the prices above. When we determine
the length of your stay we will add the cleaning fee to your total
amount. We require all guest to take their trash with them when they leave.
If you leave your trash the management will inform us and we will keep
$25 from your $200 deposit.
Your full payment is due three weeks prior to your reservation date.
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to your reservation
date to get refunded the full deposit. Any cancellations made less
than the required two week period will only be refunded $100 of your
deposit. 
There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations made for any Holiday
reservations.  Prices are subject to change at any time.
