Ocean Club I - Oceanside Townhouse in St Augustine

This newly remodeled townhome is beachside with only a short walk to
the beach. There is an attached single car garage. The area is
quiet but close enough to Historic St. Augustine, Daytona and
Jacksonville. We are close to malls, golfing, grocery stores and
fine dining.

There is a pool on the premises which is only steps away. First
floor has a completely furnished kitchen, Color TV and VCR in Living
Room. There is a patio off the living room to sit outside and enjoy
the view of palm trees and hear the ocean. There is a queen bed in
one bedroom that has a sundeck off of it with Color TV and 2nd
bedroom has 2 double beds with a balcony off it with table and
chairs. It is also equipped with a Color TV. All linens are
provided.

$65.00 Additional Cleaning Fee
Tax Rate is 9% which is for rental and cleaning fees.
$150.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required to reserve your date(s).
Prior to your arrival, you must pay your rental fees with either
money order, travelers check, certified check, etc. If using
personal or business check, rental fees must be paid 30 days prior to
arrival. No foreign checks or credit cards are accepted.
30 day notice of cancellation is required for refund of $200.00
Security/Damage Deposit.
**There is an additional $100.00 premium for Easter, 4th of July,
Thanksgiving and Christmas.
