Vacation Rental Description

Those who are looking for tranquility at a few km from the city,  
will find on south shore, at 10 km from Quebec city and at 5 km from  
Ste-Foy, a confortable summer house located directly on a sandy  
beach, along the majestic St-Laurence River which is suitable for  
bathing.  The house, that takes place on a large deep green lawn,  
which is surrounded by mature trees, was built in the fifties and  
has been very well preserved.   
Also, it offers many conveniences. NO SMOKERS NO PETS.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house itself, without being luxurious, is fully equipped and  
counts 7 enlightened rooms of which 3 bedrooms and a large solarium. 
The main bedroom counts a queen bed, the secound 3 single beds of  
which one bunkbed and the thirth one 4 single beds of which 2  
bunkbeds.  There is also: B.B.Q., patio furnitures, microwave,  
washer and dryer, TV (cable), radio and DVD.

Activities and Attractions

Nearby, less than 2km, you will find: public tennis and outdoor  
pool, golf, bicycle trail, restaurants, cinemas, video clubs,  
groceries, drugstores, medical clinics, public library etc.   
On place, nautical sports and nature circuit lovers, will be fully  
filled up.  People will appreciate the exceptionnal St-Laurence  
River view, the beautiful sunsets, the huge ships passing by and the  
delightful lazy evenings around a warm fire on the beach, listening  
to the soft sound of the waves. 
In spring or fall, the wild gooses stop right in front of the house  
and hunters could be pleased!!!  Or if you prefer, you can just  
watch them or feed them.

Micheline and family: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your  
bungalow by the water-side.  It was great to gaze across the calm  
water in the morning and watch the ships pass.  At night, the lights  
on the opposite shore were attractive. It would be wonderful to  
spend a longer time here - next time perhaps.  IRELAND. 
 
Liz and family: It was a wonderful mounth in the cottage.   
The "fleuve" is wonderful and the scenery as well.  Thanks so much

the river beautiful to watch and listen to.  As I write this, my  
girls are in our canoe and enjoying the river and the boys have

month. 2-3 days: 200,00$ per day.  4-6 days: 185,00$ per day. 
 
2009/06/15 to 2009/09/30: $1,500cdn per week, $5,000cdn per  
month. 2-3days:250,00$/day, 4-6days:235,00$/day 
 
2009/10/1 to 2009/10/31: $900cdn per week, $3,000cdn per month. 2-3 days:150,00$ per day.  4-6  
days:135,00$ per day. 
 
Full summer season from 2009/06/15 to 2009/09/15: $9,500cdn. 
Full summer season from 2009/05/15 to 2009/10/31: $13,000cdn. 
Daily rates available for two (2)consecutive days minimum. 
 
PRICES ARE FIXED FOR 2-6 PERSONS.15,00$ ADDITIONNEL PER DAY FOR MORE. 
A DEPOSIT OF 200,00$CDN THAT WILL BE REFUND AFTER THE INSPECTION AND 
AN AMOUNT OF 75,00$CDN WILL BE DEDUCTED IF CLEANING IS NOT MADE AS
