Comfortable Summer House at 10 minutes from the Old Quebec in Quebec City

Those who are looking for tranquility at a few km from the city,
will find on south shore, at 10 km from Quebec city and at 5 km from
Ste-Foy, a confortable summer house located directly on a sandy
beach, along the majestic St-Laurence River which is suitable for
bathing. The house, that takes place on a large deep green lawn,
which is surrounded by mature trees, was built in the fifties and
has been very well preserved.
Also, it offers many conveniences. NO SMOKERS NO PETS.

The house itself, without being luxurious, is fully equipped and
counts 7 enlightened rooms of which 3 bedrooms and a large solarium.
The main bedroom counts a queen bed, the secound 3 single beds of
which one bunkbed and the thirth one 4 single beds of which 2
bunkbeds. There is also: B.B.Q., patio furnitures, microwave,
washer and dryer, TV (cable), radio and DVD.

Nearby, less than 2km, you will find: public tennis and outdoor
pool, golf, bicycle trail, restaurants, cinemas, video clubs,
groceries, drugstores, medical clinics, public library etc.
On place, nautical sports and nature circuit lovers, will be fully
filled up. People will appreciate the exceptionnal St-Laurence
River view, the beautiful sunsets, the huge ships passing by and the
delightful lazy evenings around a warm fire on the beach, listening
to the soft sound of the waves.
In spring or fall, the wild gooses stop right in front of the house
and hunters could be pleased!!! Or if you prefer, you can just
watch them or feed them.

2011/06/15 to 2011/09/30: 1 500,00$USD/CAD per week, 5 000,00$USD/CAD per
month. 3days:250,00$USD/CAD per day, 4-6days:235,00$USD/CAD per day plus 100,00$ for the cleaning when less than a full week.

2011/10/1 to 2011/10/31: 900,00$USD/CAD per week, 3,000,00$USD/CAD per month. 3 days:180,00$USD/CAD per day. 4-6 days: 150,00$USD/CAD per day. Except Thanksgiving weekend:225,00$ per day. 100,00$ for cleaning for less than a full week.
