THE MASTER BEDROOM
Once the Eagles have quieted down you will enjoy one of the soundest
sleeps of your life. The master bedroom includes a king size Englander
mattress with 400 plus thread-count sheets. The bed and unbelievable
silence at night provides the recipe for the best sleep you'll ever
have. The master bedroom has windows for stunning views of the bay and
wildlife.

THE MASTER BATHROOM
A deep soaker tub for two and luxury shower is ready to wake you up in
the morning or clean you up after a day on the links or hiking the
trails. The elegant bath is filled from the ceiling in for a truly
unique bathing experience.

THE KITCHEN
A chef's dream! The kitchen includes top quality stainless steel
appliances, Circulon Commercial Grade cookware, Henckel Professional
knife set and set of eight Henckel steak knives as well as complete
sets of wine glasses, cups, plates, and silverware for eight. The pass
through bar makes a great place to mix drinks with the Martini set
provided as well as talk between the kitchen and the living room.

DINING ROOM
Enjoy your meals with views of the water on a beautiful Tuscan-style
dining room table. A fireplace, reading chair, and bureau complete the
warmth and comfort of the room.

THE DECK
Nearly 100 feet wide, this deck will be the gathering place. Enjoy the
warmth of the raised fire pit, cook on the high-end gas barbecue at
the corner of the deck or just sit on one of the many comfortable deck
chairs and enjoy the view. This deck is amazing!

THE AREA
The house is located just outside of Gig Harbor, Washingto, (45
minutes from Sea/Tac airport). Local shopping, dining room, and
theatre is just minutes away. The location of the house is is perfect
for those looking to experience the great outdoors as well as get into
the city.

SALMON
Minter Creek is one of the finest salmon estuaries in Washington State
with three runs of salmon each year. The first is the King Salmon run
with runs July 1st-August 31st. The Silver Salmon follow in September
and run through October and the Chum salmon runs November and
December. For anyone who has never experienced a true Alaska style
salmon spawning stream, it's pretty incredible! The water is crystal
clear so you are able to see the thousands of fish right fron the
deck. And of course, the eagles are there to feast as well. It's the
Discovery Channel right out of your doorstep.
