numerous public golf courses, and less than 1-1/2 hours from Disney/Orlando. 
 
This newly furnished first floor two bedroom 1 bath condo is located in The Landings of North Tampa. 
 
The Landings is a large gated community with lakes, a beautiful pool with Jacuzzi, walking/jogging  
paths,  
volleyball, fitness room, and barbeque pits. 
 
 
It will sleep 2-4 people with a Queen bed in the first bedroom and a daybed with trundle that turns  
into 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Shopping (Grocery, restaurant, pharmacy, discount dept. store) is  
within 5 minute drive, and MANY more shopping choices including  
Citrus Park mall are only a short drive.
