Vacation Rental Description

Beach Gardens, just a hop, skip and a jump to the "Gardens Mall"
and is now known as the new "Downtown".  Each bedroom has a queen 
size bed, large screen tv in the living area and a lovely screened
patio surrounded by lush Landscaping.  Unit is turnkey, just bring
your toothbrush.  This is a first floor condominium and the Master
bedroom has a lovely lakeview.  One of the most "ideal" locations
in the desirable Northern Palm Beaches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The community is a gated community and boasts an Olympic size 
swimming pool, a beautiful club house, fitness center, tennis
it is all here at "San Matera". One half mile away is the beautiful
Gardens Mall, where all the major department stores are and a new
"Downtown" Community with Whole Foods, Restaurants, boutiques, 16
movie theatres, "the place to be".

Activities and Attractions

5 miles to the Jupiter Beach or Singer Island Beach, Golf is 
available at the newer public course at Abacoa Golf Club.  Surf at
the Jupiter Inlet or Fish at the Juno Beach Pier.  The Kravitz 
center for Performing Arts is just 20 minutes away as well as 
"City Place" where you will find Macy's department store, cobblestone
streets, fine and casual dining.  Palm Beach Gardens offers fine
restaurants and waterfront dining.  Play golf, fish, go jet skiing 
or just bask in the sun it is all here at "San Matera"

Vacation Rental Rates

$100 per night off season and is limited to 2 persons - 3 to 4 rate
is $150.00 per night.  Season rates are $2600 per month for December
January, February, March & April.  Off season rates apply starting in
May and runs through November.  All rentals whether short or longer
term are subject to Florida State Tax @ 11.5% on the entire rental 
amount.  There are no exceptions.  Tenants pay for their own electric
usage.  All other utilities are indluded such as water, cable and 
sewer are included in the rates quoted.
