$100 per night off season May thru November. Occupancy is limited to 2
persons - 3 to 4 rate $250.00 per person - childen's rates upon request.   Off season monthly rate is $1250 00 per month. Based on 2 persons Season rates are $2500 per month for December
January, February, March & April. Off season rates apply starting in
May and runs through October. Any rental that is under 6 months are subject to Florida State Tax which is 11.5% there are no exceptions,  Seasonal rates are caculated on the entire rental amount.  example: $1000 x 11.5%=$115
electric  is included in the rent with a $100 dollar cap. This means that the Landlord pays the first $100 per month. Any billing over $100 the tenant shall be responsible for.
All other utilities are indluded such as water, basic cable water
Internet service is available at Tenant's expense.
