throughout, sleeper sofa in living room, satellite TV/VCR/DVD, fully 
equipped kitchen & washer/dryer. The master king size bedroom has 
complete TV/video system and view of the ocean. 2nd bedroom has 2 
twin size beds. Living room has a walk out balcony, furnished with 
tables and chairs...with a breathtakikng view of the sunrise and 
sunset over the ocean!

Vacation Rental Amenities

A private beach with private access, heated pool, tennis courts, 2 
bedrooms, 2 full baths, balcony, beach chairs with umbrellas, 
phone, A/C, cable TV, VCR, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, 
washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens 
provided, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Non-Smoking, No Pets 
Allowed.

Activities and Attractions

Located near Vero Beach Center...(approx 10 Minutes) and West Palm 
Beach Airport..(approx 1 hour). Disney World..( 90 MINUTES ) and 
minutes away from 2 beautiful PGA Golf courses as well as 5 other 
great courses all within a 15-30 minute drive. Great restaurants on 
the marinas and throughout the nearby areas. Port St.Lucie is home 
of the NY Mets spring training and located 20 minutes away. Fishing, 
sightseeing as well as swimming, boating and relaxing are enjoyed 
by all, and so much more.

Now taking reservations for  April 2008.   May thru Nov  OFF SEASON RATES, $1400-1500, winter rates please 
call. 


Until confirmed with deposits and security, deposits leases are 
subject to change without notice. 
All leases start first of the month.
Long term leases available, no-smoking, no pets allowed.
A security deposit of $500-is required and payable at time of 
booking. Cleaning service fee of $75.00 is required.Lost Key fee 
$50.00 and loss of Gate Clicker fee 75.00.
