This courtside Wimbledon Condominium is located in Yonahlossee Resort and Club, a private gated
community located just minutes from the historic Village of Blowing Rock in the heart of the Blue
Ridge Mountains. Yonahlossee, located on 300 pristine mountain acres, is known for its natural
undisturbed setting, beautiful homes, and world-class amenities. Guests of the Resort enjoy all
Yonahlossee Racquet Club amenities including six outdoor clay tennis courts, three indoor Deco-Turf
tennis courts, a 25-yard indoor swimming pool, fully equipped Pro Shop, two full-time tennis pros,
two fitness centers, and sauna. Lovers of fine dining will enjoy an evening at the onsite four-star
Gamekeeper Restaurant that specializes in nouveau regional Southern cuisine.

Wimbledon 385-4 was completely redecorated by new owners in the Spring of 2005. The stylish updates
include fresh paint throughout the entire home, new carpet, new tile floors in the baths, and new
hardwood floors in the Foyer, Kitchen and Great Room. All of the furniture is new, inviting,
comfortable, and looks absolutely fabulous!

The Great Room with vaulted ceilings has a cozy seating arrangement that focuses around a stone,
wood-burning fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead from the Great Room to a covered deck where one can
enjoy the serenity of the mountains and sneak a peak at the ongoing tennis matches. The Dining Area
is large enough for six to eight, and the bay window in the Dining Area seems to bring the outdoors
inside.

The Master Bedroom, located on the main floor, has a king bed and full ensuite bath. The Guest
Bedroom, also on the main floor, is furnished with a queen bed. A full bath can be found just
across the hall.

The loft sleeping area, accessed by regular stairs and not open to the living area below, has two
full beds and a game table decorated with historic postcards of Blowing Rock. This is a perfect
place for children and teenagers -- private and away from it all!

Use of the pool, fitness centers, and sauna are complimentary. Minimal fees are charged for use of
the tennis courts and for tennis instruction. Gourmet diners will delight in the fare offered by
the onsite and four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.

Wimbledon 385-4 is located just minutes from the Village of Blowing Rock home to wonderful
boutiques, parks, fabulous restaurants, and numerous cultural activities including the Robert Hayes
Center for the Performing Arts and the Blowing Rock Stage Company. The Blue Ride Parkway with its
miles of hiking trails, fishing lakes, picnic areass, and scenic vistas is just 2.5 miles away.

Rates for Wimbledon 385-4 are seasonal and include a departure cleaning. This fully equipped
courtside condo is available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals. Well-behaved pets are welcome
with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay. Nightly rates range from $264-$434. Rates are
reduced for stays of three or more days. Weekly and monthly rates also available.
