Vacation Rental Description

Vacation in our lovely Banderas Bay penthouse.  Enjoy sweeping 320  
degree views of the vast and expansive Banderas Bay, the wonderful  
Nuevo Vallarta marina, the Sierra Madre Mountains and Puerto Vallarta  
in the distance.  The penthouse is suitable for vacationing non- 
smoking adult oriented groups, where the minimum age of youngsters  
is 15 years of age, and must be accompanied by at least one parent. 
 
Located in a lovely condominium complex of 54 units, our guests can  
find many wonderful nearby activities and restaurants.  A wonderful  
spa in which to get a massage, pedicure or manicure is just a  
block away. "Vallarta Adventures" is around the corner,  
if you want to book many exciting activities, such as whale watching  
or being on a boat charter to Los Arcos, or going ATVing.   
 
Our penthouse is fully equipped with every convenience possible,  
including a DSL computer line and a Packet 8 DSL based phone line, so  
if you need computer or phone access to/from the States or Canada for  
family or business reasons, you'll have that convenience from the  
condo at no additional charge.  Don't forget to bring your laptop! 
 
Sunrises and sunsets can both be enjoyed from the various terraces  
surronding the condo.  Watch the gentle surf roll up onto the beach  
as well as sailboats and motor yachts meandering in and out of the  
joint Paradise Village and Nuevo Vallarta marinas, which are across  
from each other.  It's truly a magical place.  If you want  a good  
fishing excursion or perhaps renting a sailboat or jet ski, just let  
us know; we'll arrange it for you. 
 
Gracious appointments are found throughout our penthouse.   
3 bedrooms, all ensuite with attached bathrooms, include 2 master  
bedroom suites, each with a king-sized bed, plus a third bedroom with  
2 double beds.  A 4th bathroom is located on the largest terrace.   
That same terrace also boasts a huge palapa (giant palm frond covered  
sun shade), a marble topped wet-bar and a large exterior Jacuzzi hot  
tub.  Potted plants abound everywhere, enhancing the tropical  
ambiance. 
 
There are 2 interior living areas:  one on the entry floor and the  
second, more intimate, living/sitting area upstairs adjoining  
the upstairs master bedroom, so those in your group can have as much  
or as little privacy as you desire.  4 TVs, each connected  
to satellite service are available for your viewing enjoyment.    
There are many CDs for your listening pleasure as well as an iPOD  
clock radio, so bring and enjoy your iPOD. 
 
Whether you are people who like to sit on beaches or lounge by  
pools while sipping a cooling beverage, or you like to be  
on the go, you can satisfy all your vacation fantasies when you stay  
at our Ocean Vista Residences penthouse.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Local and long distance phone access, DSL computer connectivity, air  
conditioning throughout, Satellite TV, VCR, Stereo, CD player, full  
kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker,  
all cooking utensils and serving pieces supplied.  Washer and dryer,  
interior Jacuzzi type tub and private exterior Jacuzzi hot tub,  
also.  Condo building has its own swimming pool, plus another  
Jacuzzi, as well as a gas grill bbq. IMPORTANT:  The building has a  
no-pet policy.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary, depending upon the time of year.  Rates range from a  
minimum of $295 per night to $515 per night.  Weekly rates are based  
on a 6 night, 7 day stay.  Call or email for more specific
