deposit $1,000.00, $125.00 exit cleaning fee. Subject to 11.5%
Florida State Tax if rental agreement is less than 6 months.
January, February and March $3,500.00, April $3,000.00, May
and June $1,800.00 Per Month. 2 month min. rental, No Pets, Non Smoking
