sport equipment.  Fish on private condo association pier.

Watch the boats go by on your screened in porch that overlooks the 
intercoastal.  Parties and get togethers at condo clubhouse and 
pool.  Completely furnished with linens, towels, kitchen appliances, 
washer, dryer, 3 TV's, central air, reserved parking. Beach chairs 
and coolers.  Cable TV.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing off private condo association pier.  Marina within one block 
where you can rent jet ski's and boats.  Fishing, swimming and 
picnic 
space available at Jupiter inlet.  Golf and tennis close by.  Major 
League Baseball Spring training camps nearby.  Garden Mall "downtown 
area", restaurants and movie theatres close.  Ocean beach within one 
mile. 2 Bicycle's in condo to enjoy on nearby bicycle path.

Vacation Rental Rates

Now accepting reservations for the 2008 season.  We can only 
accommodate monthly renters.  Condo application fee $100.00, 
Security 
deposit $1,000.00, $100.00 exit cleaning fee.  Subject to 11.5% 
Florida State Tax if rental agreement is less than 6 months.
January $2800.00, February and March $3,500.00, April $3,000.00, May 
and June $1,800.00 Per Month. 2 month min. rental
