woodpeckers, mink, deer. Complete Quiet and Solitude. No neighbors 
in sight and a warm southern exposure. BayWatch is located on the 
WARM side of Leelanau Peninsula, (the West side is COLD and WINDY).

Fully Furnished! don't wait in line and Save $ by making meals in 
fully equiped kitchen, enjoy dining alfresco with outdoor table and 
chairs on deck overlooking the bay and Barbeque grill on patio.
*Porch has a fabulous view of the water and Power Island. Watch 
shore birds, blue heron, eagles, caspian terns, hummingbirds and 
other feathered friends. Total privacy, no close neighbors!

The Best Beach! The Sandy  Beach is directly across the quiet 
residential street, a sandy path leads to a private  bonfire firepit for evening fun, and wide 
sandy Beach with a picnic table. *All water sports, great hard sand 
bottom, crystal clear and clean water, wonderful for kayaking, 
boating, swimming. Only 2 miles to DNR boat ramp. W.Bay is part of 
Lake Mich, and so has cleaner water, bigger waves and sandier 
beaches,and no "swimmers itch" like in the small inland lakes.

Lots of Activities! *Hike in the woods, or drive a short distance to 
quaint Suttons Bay. Browse the antique stores, have lunch at one of 
the great little restaurants, buy a T-shirt that says "Up North", 
and a yard ornament. Ride bikes on the blacktopped streets, or rent 
kayaks, boats, etc.*Close to two golf courses, and 12 vinyards which 
offer free tastings of local wines.  Sands Casino offers Nitetime 
excitement, gaming, entertainment, and the Eagle Restaurant.

The Best Accomodations! *A clean and new guest apartment with real up north 
,large bedroom the  four guests would be 
quite comfortable. Two more can be accomodated on futon,
and sleeper sofa. This smoke-free property is only three years old and is in 
immaculate condition.

privacy they would like, come celebrate your wedding anniversary 
here too. *King bed And if the Honeymoon is over, sofa sleeper plus futon in LR. 
Additional table and 4 chairs on the big porch, for dining with a

All Rates are for 2 persons, for each additional person, add $100/wk/wkend
plus MI tax, BAYLOFT RATES  June 21-July 5 $1400/wk,
July 5-July 19 $1300/wk(THIS IS A DISCOUNT RATE DUE TO CANCELLATION)
July 19- Aug 19 $1000/wk, all rentals have $400 refund dam dep
Pets $200/wk Refundable Plus $100,

BayWatch is booked until August 30 send email for rates
BayWatch Cottage (2 bedrooms 2 bath)is available starting Aug 30. (not shown, email for info)

Labor Day Weekend $1000 (Fri - Mon) September full weeks $800, Sept 1- 15 week ends (Fri-Sun)$500,
Sept 15-30 weekends (Fri-Sun) $400, late Fall, Winter, early Spring rates, $800/wk, or 
$400/weekend.  add a night for $100.
Refundable damage deposit: $500
Pets: $200/pet/week, plus additional $200 refundable damage deposit
Payment: 1/2 due at reservation, 1/2 due 30 days prior to check in.
