Vacation Rental Description

Olde South condominium complex, two bedroom, two bath, first  
floor with 1110 square feet Florida style decor plus a spacious  
screened in lanai. Olde South condos are located one block from  
Marco's South Beach.  All the amenities including an eat in kitchen,  
separate dinette, refrigerator, range, microwave, washer and dryer,  
heated pool and covered parking. Open up the three  
sliding glass doors to the lanai and receive all day breezes! 
   
Olde South condos are located at the south end of Marco Island  
which is the most beautiful part of Marco's public beaches.  
Restaurants, such as the Tides restaurant (located on South Beach),  
and shopping are within walking distance.  Olde South condos are off  
the main road (Collier Blvd) and are in a very quiet location. The  
area is perfect for taking peaceful evening or morning walks. 
 
The Master Bedroom furniture has been updated including a king sized  
bed. The Master also has a large walk-in closet, private full  
bathroom and access to the Lanai. The second bedroom has a queen  
size bed, plenty of closet space and access to a separate full  
bathroom. Living and dining rooms have new tiled floors and updated  
furniture and decor. The kitchen has a dinette and a separate dining  
area located directly off a fully equipped modern and spacious  
kitchen. Full size washer and dryer in condo. All bedroom and kitchen linens  
have been replaced with high quality linens. The kitchen also has  
all new kitchen utensils, new dishes and dinnerware.
