Vacation Rental Description

This stunning house , which is just 2 blocks from the beautiful 
white sandy beaches of Annamaria has just been refurbished with a new kitchen, 
new beds, bedrooms, diner, lounge and completely repainted 
throughout.  The fabulous brown leather settees look superb 
against the wooden floors.  The deck is southfacing and has its own 
boatdock with breathtaking views across the manatee river.All the 
bedrooms have balconies again with superb views.  The front of the 
property overlooks the magnificant pool and to the left you can see 
the tennis courts. The publix supermarket is just across the road and 
sits behind the beautiful white sandy  beaches of Anna Maria. There 
is a free trolley bus 2 mins walk away that cruises the island and 
takes you to the most wonderful restaurants which offer the best 
fresh fish and succulent steaks in florida.  The location of this 
property is first class and for those of you looking for space aswell 
as luxury then this is the home for you on  the paradise island of 
Anna Maria.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property offers 3 levels.  The top level has 2 queen size beds  
and one bathroom both beautifully furnished  February 2004.  They 
both have balconies where you can sit out and watch life go by.  The 
stairs down lead to the brand new  white and black fitted kitchen, 
with toaster, kettle coffe maker and is fully kitted out with 
everything that you may need.  There is also a breakfast bar with 2 
chairs.  You then walk into a dining area and below that is the 
beautiful lounge with new leather settees.  The views from the lounge 
are really something else and the deck is just great to relax and 
watch the fish jumping just a few feet away. especially with that 
cold glass of crisp white wine!! The master bedroom fit for a king is 
to the side of the lounge and alongside that is the 2nd bathroom. 
Again all new linen, towels, and beds. Downstairs is the laundry room 
and the 3rd bathroom. We have now incorprated a snug room/lounge with 
TV/VCR?V with a queen sofa bed. This room is ideal when the family 
come to visit.   

Activities and Attractions

Anna Maria has just about everything that you could want for the 
perfect vacation.  This natural island has 7 miles of beautiful white 
sandy beaches.  It has three public fishing piers and Sunbow has its 
own private one!!.Water sports are in abundance for those of you who 
are overactive!!There is a superb variety of food ranging from 
Chinese , American, French and  Italian.  There are Pharmacies 
doctors , dentists and the chiropractor within walking distance!!    
The Bolliterri Tennis academy is 20 mins away together with golf 
courses.  Disney is 2 hours and Busch Gardens 1 hour.  Tampa Airport 
1 hour.

I can only rent this house out for a minumum of two weeks only.  No 
exceptions considered sorry.  

Fantastic rates for one month rentals  Dec - April plus July  $3600.00 2 week rentals  $2000
May and June plus September to November $3000 per month            2 week rentals  $1700


No one week rentals!!!!!    all rentals plus local and florida taxes




One off cleaning fee of $100.00 on departure




Damage deposit of $300
