Vacation Rental Description

La Jolla is affectionly known as the Jewell . La Jolla's seaside 
community features beautiful homes and landscape. Experience the 
wonderful beach at the cove; stroll through “the Village” looking in 
it's unique shops; enjoy causal or fine dining in downtown La Jolla. 
There are several local attractions to keep the entire family 
entertained: The Museum of Contempory Art , Torrey Pines Golf 
Course, Birch Aquariaum, and the La Jolla Playhouse. 

Avenida Fiesta is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on 
Soledad Mountain over looking the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. 
This home features an open flowing floor plan with cathedral 
ceilings. Inside the entry hall is an indoor atrium. The living room 
features a gas log fireplace and opens into the TV room. The dining 
area has a glass top table with seating for eight. Breakfast is 
served at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen looks out to the 
Pacific Ocean. The master bedroom features a King bed and six foot 
windows to enjoy the view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 
faces the pool. The third bedroom features a trundle bed. The office 
has a loveseat with a twin bed. Washer and dryer are located in the 
hall next to the kitchen. Garage with automatic opener. Rental 
includes bi-weekly pool service and weekly gardner. Weekly 
houskeeping service can be arranged for an additional fee. 

Perfect for outdoor living with a solar heated swimming pool and a 
barbecue.
