FloraBama Beach House in Orange Beach

Our FloraBama Beach House was brand new July 2005. It is
located in a gated commuunity only footsteps
away from the Alabama/Florida state line. It is tastefully decorated
for comfort and leisure, offering a gulf view and a view of the Old
River. We want you to enjoy your stay and to make memories here that
will last a lifetime. We offer a huge deck that looks out on to the
tennis court along with the other balconies offering gulf views and
Old River views. We offer a community pool, tennis court and boat
dock to fish off of or to dock your boat in our personal deepwater
boatslip.

5 Bedrooms.........1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 1 bunk bed
twin on top and full on bottom. Has a love seat sleeper sofa and air
mattress. Sleeps 13........3 baths (Master bath has a jacuzzi)

Full Kitchen....dishes/cookware/utensil, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, linens/towels/beach towels, air
conditioning

Cable TV, 5 TV's, VCR (2), DVD (2) Phone

Balconies, deck, gas grill, outside shower, garage, community pool,
boat dock, tennis court, ping pong table and videos

JUNE-JULY.....$2,700 WEEKLY
AUGUST........$2,000 WEEKLY
SEPT-FEB......$1,400 WEEKLY

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property.
Sales tax of 11% will be added to all rental rates. Check-In 3:00 PM
Check-out 10:00 AM. $500.00 security deposit will hold dates chosen
and be refunded promptly after check-out and inspection of home.
Cancel 21 days prior to arrival for full refund.
