The Guadalupe Haus @ River Rd. is a summer favorite with private river front pier, with over 3000sf, sits back from the hustle of River Road with 100 feet of Guadalupe River frontage, 6 bedrooms, sleeping 16, 3 baths, river front
patio's and fire pit, 3 covered porches. Full kitchen, 2 living areas, fireplace.

All the comforts of home located just down the lane from two sister properties the
Cabana Guadalupe and Casa Grande Guadelupe sitting in a park like setting with 5 bedrooms, sleeps 16, 4.5 baths, 3 living areas, 2 river front patio's and fire pit.

Renter supplies own linens and towels. We supply all the rest fully equipped kitchen (down to muffin tins and cake pans), two full size refrigerators, and microwave. Telephone, BBQ pit with smoker, cable t.v. (70+ channels), vcr. Full size washer and dryer. No smoking in any unit and pets are not welcome.

Fish Rainbow Trout fishing at it's best or launch your tubes/canoe's from your private pier. Three covered porches 2 overlooking the river, Firepit, 2 patios at rivers edge.

High Season May - September: $795/night 2/night minimum
Summer "Extended Weekend Special" Sunday & Monday check-in only
$650/night 3 night minimum.

*$200 cleaning fee + tax on all rentals

Low Season October - April: $575/night 2-night minimum.

Winter Weekend Special $495/night 3 night minimum

Reservations:
All rentals require 2 night minimum stay 3 night stay on major
holidays.
Reservations/Damage Deposit $500 refundable up to 45 days prior to check in less $125 ADM fees. Balance due in full 14 days prior to check in no refunds.
Reservations are not contingent upon availability or condition of rivers
or water recreation facilities or weather.  Written cancellation notice required.

Check-in 4 p.m., Checkout 11 a.m.
The owners welcome you and offers the best accommodations on the
Guadalupe River without taking advantage of your budget. We do not raise
prices on the holiday traveler but we do require a 3 night stay.
We ask that you help maintain the property during your stay to help
us keep the cost down for you. Email is the fastest way to contact
the owner - as all email inquiries will be answered. The calendar is
updated weekly.

Rates are subject to change at any time and do not include 10% sales
tax. This is a family atmosphere and All students must be accompanied
by parents.

The following rules and conditions will be considered misuse of
property and will cause loss of booking and forfeiture of rent.
1.Smoking is not allowed in house. 2. pets are not allowed on the
property. 3. Campfires and fireworks not allowed on the property. 4.
Exceeding the maximum posted occupancy (16) is not allowed otherwise
subject to $50/person. 5. RV's or tents on property are not allowed.
The owners are in no way ever responsible for any accidents you may
have on this property or the river. If you have an accident your own
policy will have to cover any and all expenses for emergency room,ambulance, doctors, and/or hospitals. The owners absolutely do not allow diving or swings
on the property or out on the river. You enter river at your own risk.
