entertainment center including large TV, Stereo and DVD/VCR).  This 
new executive design luxury home features 3 bedrooms plus a loft 
den/office,with t.v. and 2 futons (couch-beds) 2.5 baths, a cozy 
covered patio with barbeque, and a 2 
car garage.  Sleeps up to 6 people with 1 King and 2 Queen beds 
provided.  For additional people 2 futons covert into double sleeper 
beds in the privacy of the loft.

Vacation Rental Rates

 Rates: $3000 Monthly / $1000 Weekly  $100 Cleaning Fee Charged 
         Week of: New Years, Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Fourth 
of July 
$500 Additional.

Florida Occupancy Taxes of 11% and Security deposit are additional.  

Payment Policies:  A Security Deposit to secure dates of $500.00 is 
due upon booking.  Full payment is due upon arrival with cash, 
cashier's check, or money order.  Payment by personal check must be 
received two (2) weeks prior to occupancy.  The Security deposit 
will be returned within 30 days of departure.  Liability for damages 
is not limited to the amount of the deposit.  

CANCELLATION: The reservation/security deposit is non-refundable for 
any cancellation. Reservations will be canceled for guests failing to 
notify us and failing to check-in by 5:00 p.m. on the day following 
confirmed arrival date. No refunds for early departure.

Arrival / Departure:  Arrivals after 4 p.m.  Departure by 10:00 
a.m.  (Early arrivals available upon request.)

Absolutely No Pets! 

Absolutely No Smoking inside the home!  If any smoking odors or 
traces are found inside the home at check-out you will lose your 
entire security deposit. Smoking is permited outside on patio.

Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.  Respect and 
consideration are a must at this home.  

Maximum Occupancy 10 persons, including infants and children, in or 
on this property at any time.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
