Vacation Rental Description

Stay in our cozy, very clean, quiet, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, single  
family home.  A queen size bed is in the master bedroom with 2 twin  
beds in 2nd bedroom. The living room  couch opens into a queen bed.   
 
There is a well-equipped kitchen with all electric appliances  
including dishwasher & microwave.  All dishes, utensils, and  
cookware are provided as well as linens, towels, and soap/paper  
products.   
 
A washer and dryer and iron/ironing board are in the utility room. 
 
There are 2 tv's, a VCR/DVD player, and local telephone service is  
provided.  Calling cards can be used for long distance calling.   
 
The back deck is equipped with table, chairs and a charcoal broiler.  
There is a 2 car garage with a garage door opener.  
 
Our home is situated in a lovely, quiet, private, single- 
family-home neighborhood. We have had many satisfied, repeat guests  
stay.  A number of them have made Bella Vista their home. 
 
This is a "smoke free" home so PLEASE NO SMOKING inside home.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bella Vista Village consists of approximately 37000 acres covering  
over 50 square miles. It is a privately-owned village that is  
operated by the Property Owners Association (poa).   
 
The amenities include: 
 
8 golf courses, 7 lakes, & 5 club food/beverage facilities.   
Facilities offer activities such as swimming (indoor/outdoor), 
exercise room, & miniature golf. There are several walking trails,  
golf driving ranges, and a gun range.  
 
Children have access to the play equipment in several nice parks and  
there are 2 wading pools available at the swimming pools. 
 
Our home is located in the Highlands area of Bella Vista and is  
within walking distance to Lake Loch Lomond, the largest lake in the  
Village. The Yacht club is nearby as well as a bait shop and a  
Marina, with both pontoon and fishing boat rentals available.  Or  
you can bring your own boat and launch it from one of the boat ramps. 
 
 
During your stay, you can enjoy some of these many amenities that  
make Bella Vista Village one of America's most desirable recrea- 
tional and retirement communities.  You can enjoy peace & quiet away  
from the hustle & bustle of life.  A guest card will be provided to  
all visitor/guests for access to the facilities & activities. 
 
Flea markets are numerous in the area as well as nice garage sales,  
in season.  The craft fairs are in May & September with the large  
one the middle of October each year.

Activities and Attractions

The Village is an integral part of the rapidly growing Northwest  
Arkansas corridor.  Hiway 71 (I-540), which runs through the center  
of the Village, offers easy access to surrounding area attractions.

Monthly rate                        $1000.00

There is no extra cleaning fee charge.  
If you cancel the deposit is not refundable.  
We do not accept credit cards at this time.
