Daily Weekends:   $ 250 per night Fri. - Sat. 
Weekly:  $1200 per week
Monthly: $2400 per month
Holiday weekends are $300 per night, 3 night min. and $1600 for week.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

$500.00 refundable deposit
$100.00 Cleaning Fee
Pet fee of $25.00 per day
Arizona tax of 10.78%

Renters must be 25 years or older.

Accept:  Personal checks (must clear prior to rent), Credit Card
