Wonderful, beach cottage with wooden floors, huge oceanfront deck
and great breezes throughout. The house features a large great room with ocean views, living room area, a breakfast nook
and dining room area.

The Beach House is fully equipped with high speed wireless internet
(bring your own laptop - computer not provided) washer/dryer,
microwave, A/C, cable, TVs and VCR. The master bedroom has an
ocean view and a king size bed. The kid's room has two twin beds
and there is a queen size bed and partial ocean view in the third
bedroom.

Located in charming Vilano Beach (just south of South Ponte Vedre
Beach), close to historic St. Augustine, the World Golf Village,
Marine Land, Disney World, Sea World and Epcott. Activities include
dolphin watching, golfing, surfing, windsailing at Salt Run,
kayaking at sunset in the Intracoastal Waterway, exploring historic
St. Augustine or just plain relaxing on the deck.
vacation rental rates
$1200 a week from September through February. $1500 a week from
March to August. Check in time is Saturday at 3:00 pm check out
time is Saturday at 10:00 am. Cleaning fee is $135. This is to
clean after you leave. You may opt
to clean yourself but it is hard to clean and get out by 10:00 a.m.
Refundable
security deposit of $300. Non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 Plus
10% state and local sales tax. 6% state and 4% for St. Johns County as of April 1, 2010. Your rental is not guaranteed until payment is received. We will hold the dates for five days pending payment receipt. Please check back to make sure your dates are blocked out on calendar. Thanks!
