Vacation Rental Description

The comfortable Family Room is the ideal place to relax and catch up 
on your days events, or if you prefer to watch cable TV, Video or 
DVD, or if you prefer you can spend a quiet moment in our second 
lounge area.

The bright sunny kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table, 
breakfast bar and seating. The amenities include oven range, 
microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster and double 
sink 
with waste disposal plus many more home comforts for that special 
evening meal with all your family. 

The master bedroom has a Queen Sized bed with large walk-in closets, 
cable TV and remote control alarm clock. There is also plenty of 
drawer space. The delightful En-suite has a large walk-in shower and 
a over-sized roman bath tub with a large double vanity unit with 
plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite is also complete with hair 
dryer.

The second double room has a full sized bed, walk in closet, TV, 
Radio alarm clock.

The Scooby Doo room really is one of the stars of the show! Great 
for 
the kids, it also has a walk in closet and is equipped with cable 
TV. 

The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, walk in closet and TV.

The wonderful south facing private pool has a large sun deck for the 
sun bathers. It also has a large covered patio area with ceiling 
fan, 
table, chairs & sun loungers.
The Pool can be heated on request. For quiet evenings by the pool 
there is a lighting system in and around the pool area, and an Gas 
BBQ on request.

Last but not least, the utility room is equipped with a washing 
machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron. The utility 
room 
leads through into the double garage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This lovely villa is situated on the attractive and very popular 
Esprit community within 10 minutes driving time of Walt Disney 
World. 
A particular feature of Esprit are the communal facilities which 
include an excellent lakeside amenity area featuring large community 
pool with cabana and also tennis and basketball courts. From this 
community area there is a timber boardwalk through a nature reserve 
and access to a magnificent and peaceful 400 acre lake. As well as 
all this a nine hole par three 'executive' golf course threads 
through the community.

Activities and Attractions

The home offers easy access to Disney World, which will take 10 
minutes by car. It's also perfectly situated for all the other major 
attractions in the Disney area.

Esprit is located within the proximity of the US27-192 intersection 
and is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and 
restaurants. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 2 
minutes drive of your villa.
Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away, 
Sanford 
airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 
minutes. 
The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 75 minutes 
while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the 
Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.
