Vacation Rental Description

Spectacular OCEANFRONT Kapalua Bay Villa, Unit 21B3. VIEW the Ocean 
and LISTEN to the surf whether you are sitting on the sofa, eating 
breakfast or resting in bed. The sights and sounds are the same 
throughout the Condo. It's  as if you are on the helm  of a ship; 
there is nothing in front of you except the ocean. 
One king-size bed and a full bath upstairs in a large bedroom and a 
portable twin size air mattress bed and half bath downstairs. The 
kitchen and living 
room were remodeled in October 2004. Walk two minutes to the beach 
below or walk ten minutes to Kapalua beach for snorkeling and 
sunbathing. From January to April watch wales breaching and spouting 
from the living room or outside on the patio. Three pools and two 
tennis courts on site for your pleasure. Three world class golf 
courses nearby.

$100 cleaning charge for stays less than 7 nights; otherwise no 
charge
$400 Deposit upon booking. Balance due 45 days before arrival
