The Lennon Cottage: Ocean View in Wrightsville Beach

Beach is a great family beach located 5 miles from Wilmington, NC
just off of I-40. Wrightsville Beach is famous for its beautiful
wide sandy beaches, cool blue water, and family atmosphere. 
The Lennon Cottage is just 4 houses back from the beach! The cottage was
built by our grandfather in 1947. It is centrally located and within
walking distance to many of the island's fine restaurants and local
shops and rentals for kayaks, bikes and roller blades,
sailing and scuba diving. Excellent golf courses and charters for
Gulf stream fishing are nearby.
Upper cottage: Ocean view from wrap-around porch. 3 bedrooms, 1
bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room. Bedroom#1: Queen and
one twin beds, BR#2: double bed, BR#3: double bed.
Lower cottage: Wrap-around front porch. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen,
family room. Bedroom#1: Queen bed, BR#2: Double bed, BR#3: double bed.
Convenient off-street parking, 2 spaces per cottage.

Outside shower house with hot and cold water, utility room off the back porch in includes a washer/dryer and 1/2 bath.  All shared by upstairs and downstairs cottage guests.
Please, NO smoking and NO pets.  Minimum rental period is one week.

Fully furnished with well supplied kitchen. Vacationers need
to bring only their bed linens and bath accessories. Central air conditioning and
heat. Convenient outside "after swim" shower house with hot and cold
water, shared washer/dryer with additional sink and toilet in utility
room via the downstairs back porch, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven,
coffee-maker,dishes/utensils/pots & pans provided, cable TV, DVD, wireless internet, rocking chairs on wrap-around front porches. Free on-site parking for
maximum 2 cars per cottage.
Additional metered parking available on the street.

This is a wonderful area to walk on the beach. Or, if you prefer
jogging, biking or roller blading, there is a 3-mile loop on the
inland side of the island along the waterway.
Downtown Wilmington offers many activities along the Cape Fear River.
The North Carolina Aquarium and Civil War Museum are located at Fort Fisher-
about 35 min. drive.
