or sip Margaritas in the evening and have your dinner right out 
there, overlooking the Boardwalk and The Beach.
This condo unit has a full, modern kitchen and 1 yr new bathroom, 
plenty full wall closets, a dining area.  The glass block wall 
provides a full studion bedroom area and living room area.
Garage parking is available just steps away.

And.....Wow!........A rooftop pool like you probably have never seen!
Views of the Ocean, Beach,Boardwalk,Intracoastal Waterway,City of

We used to live in this complex and would enjoy evenings by the pool 
with our dinner and drinks!  An evening swim in the pool under the 
stars is just wonderful!

$750 per week winter season based on monthly rental.
Monthly,Entire Season,Semi Annual,Annual occupancy and rates

Security deposit will be charged and refunded upon leaving.
$75. cleaning fee will be charged.
