Relax for a Summer Getaway. Golfing  and Tennis nearby. Condo Near
Daytona Beach!  Daytona International Speedway 20 min. away.  Ocean
views from the living room,  balcony and bedroom, Private deck on the
Beach!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is a great place to unwind for a
week at the beach (No Cars), watch the turtles, sea gulls, walk the
beach, fish.  Absolutely perfectly maintained inside and out. 
Congenial residents. This is a corner unit on the second floor
overlooking the pool.  Elevator, covered parking, and balcony for
watching the pelicans sail along the beach.
  Many Florida attractions 40 min. or an hour away--St. Augustine
(oldest city in the
U.S.), Orlando attractions(Disney, Sea World, Universal)--Come back to 
Ormond to relax at the beach. Near many golf courses,
tennis courts, parks, and  shopping.  Many outstanding restaurants
nearby.   No pets allowed.  
Maximum number in the condo is six.  There are 2 full size beds.  
Spectacular views.  Beach with no cars. Full laundry room in the unit.
 Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.   Car wash area.  Covered
parking.  Elevator.  
Corner Apartment.  Pantry in the kitchen.  Beach umbrellas and chairs

Ocean Palms Golf course nearby on A1A as well as other local golf
courses--Indigo, Tomoka Oaks, Oceanside, Daytona Golf Club, Pelican 
Bay; LPGA Golf Courses with a wonderful place to lunch.
Tennis courts nearby in the Ormond BiCentennial Park on A1A 2 mi. 
south;
other tennis courts on the beachside just east of the GranadaBridge
(Highway 
40);
Good Restaurants in the neighborhood--Betty's, just south on A1A;
Lovece's (Italian) 2 mi. south on A1A; Billy's Taproom & Grill (in
business 75 years-GREAT Grouper), seafood place;  Snack Jack's -north
on  A1A right on the beach (don't let the valet parking fool you--
great shrimp);  New York Deli in Publix Shopping Center 1 1/2 mi.
south on A1A, (Great Homemade corned beef).

Ocean Walk and the Boardwalk at Daytona Beach--6 mi. south on A1A. 
Check for free concerts at the Bandshell.   Good fun!  Bubba Gump's
Shrimp Co. restaurant.  Rides. Park in the parking garage across the
street and walk over on the covered walkway across A1A.

Early morning or evening walks on the beach.  Wind surfing, surfing,
fishing, just plain beaching!

Weekly rate is $600 except during Raceweeks 
July 4th Raceweek $750.00
All short term rentals are subject to Florida sales tax of 12.5%.
There is a $70 one time cleaning fee.
If you should rent from Oct. 31-May 1st, there is no sales tax if you 
signed a lease.
