KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM: The living and dining rooms have new
contemporary furnishings, including: a natural leather sofa and
loveseat and a matching—incredibly comfortable—leather chair, 27
inch color TV with universal remote and a DVD player. Plantation
shutters allow you to enjoy the golf course views from the kitchen,
living and dining room and can be partially or fully closed based on
your lighting and privacy desires. Dimmer switches offer the
opportunity to set lighting to match any mood. The kitchen features
every conceivable convenience including, a Bodum coffee press and
Cuisinart food processor.
DINING OPTIONS: The gas grill on the patio outside the kitchen
allows you to choose to stay at home and prepare a home cooked meal
for those nights you don’t wish to dine at one of Palm Deserts' many
fine restaurants. You may choose to eat at either the café table in
the kitchen, or the three comfortable barstools at the pass through
bar, or the large oval dining table with four fabric chairs in the
dining room, to the casual outside patio tables (front and back
patios).
The Palm Valley Country Club offers two 18-hole courses designed by
Ted Robinson, one championship par 72 course and a challenge
courses, par 63, 16 lighted tennis courts, and a full Spa facility.
